At last week's council meeting, Reeve Angela Aalbers notes that they went over some of the topics that will be discussed when a few Mountain View County representatives sit down with Rimbey-Rocky-Mountain House MLA Jason Nixon on March 16th and Innisfail-Sylvan Lake MLA Devin Dreeshen on March 17th.
The Olds Humane Society is going to have the opportunity to turn the Town's former municipal enforcement building into its first actual established facility in the community.

A total of about 200 to 250 people attended this week's community open house sessions held by the Town regarding the proposed data centre projects for Olds.
There will be two separate times for the drop-in event on Wednesday, February 4th at the Olds Sportsplex in the foyer with one from 11am until 1pm and another from 5pm until 7 o'clock. It will be the first of several open houses the Town of Olds will hold as the projects move through their review processes.
Synapse Data Center will be hosting a community information session on Thursday, February 5th on the Olds College campus. It will run that evening from 6 o'clock until 8 in Lecture Hall 316 in Building #2 of the Werklund Agriculture and Technology Center.
Mountain View County's Township Road 292 upgrade project is for a 14 kilometer stretch of road way between Range Road 13 and Highway 766 along with two bridge replacements.
