Snow pitch: Rotary Dragon’s Den in Olds tonight

On what has turned out to be a snowy Thursday, the Rotary Club of Olds is getting set to host its third annual Dragon’s Den event.

Steve Turner with the Rotary Club notes that they will hand out awards of up to $2,500 to the successful community groups or organizations who make a great pitch.

The roster of presenters for tonight will include Olds Fire Cadets, Special Olympics Olds & District, the U-15 Junior Broncos hockey team, Olds Amateur Football, FCSS kids summer camp, the Ecole Olds High School band maritime trip, and the Bethany Care Centre.

Rotary Dragon’s Den is set for March 12th at 7 o’clock at the Olds Air Cadet Hall on 52nd Street.
