This week’s Lammle’s Western Wear’s New Music Monday spotlight is on Singing and Songwriter John Morgan. John Morgan was born in North Carolina in 1995. He grew up playing bluegrass music with his family. They would tour summer festivals performing for the hometown crowds. Soon after high school, John decided to move to Nashville to pursue a songwriting career. Shortly after arriving in Music City, he found himself writing with a couple of Jason Aldean’s band members. Those songwriting sessions resulted in 8 of John’s songs being included on Aldean’s Macon, Georgia album released in 2021, including all three of the hits from the album. In 2023, John Morgan released his first EP entitled “Remember Us”
John Morgan has continued his music career and this week, his latest charting single “Kid Myself” is our feature today on Lammle’s Western Wear New Music Monday.
