Hay, that is awesome: Fantastic Fall Harvest Gala supports Rotary Club of Olds, Hope 4 MVC Kids

The donations have been tallied from this year’s Fall Harvest Gala.

It was held earlier this month on November 8th at the Willow Lane Barn and hosted by the Rotary Club of Olds along with Hope 4 MVC Kids.

Katie Dunn, Board Chair with Hope 4 MVC Kids, says the grand total collected was more than $73,000. She says “now that is being divided between the Rotary and Hope. So Rotary is walking away with $26,820.88 and Hope gets $46,820.88 to continue our work in the local communities.” Dunn thanks everyone who supported the Fall Harvest Gala.

Meanwhile, Hope 4 MVC Kids will hold its annual general meeting on Sunday, November 23rd at 7pm at Jean’s Place in the Olds Community Connections Centre. Dunn says “we currently have three open Board positions – the IT Director, the Grants Director, and the Assessments Director. So if anyone is interested in applying for that, please do so quickly.” Anyone interested in applying can send an email this week to [email protected].
