Charges laid in connection to fatal motor vehicle collision west Sylvan Lake

A resident of Creston, B.C. is facing two counts of dangerous driving causing death.

Sylvan Lake RCMP say the charges were laid in connection to a fatal motor vehicle collision which resulted in the death of two women – one was 29 and the other was 58- years-old.

According to police, the incident happened on April 28th of last year on Highway 11 west of Sylvan Lake.

The 60-year-old man from Creston has a court date set for April 27th in Red Deer to answer to the charges.
