2024-2025 AJHL Regular Season For Olds Grizzlys Starts At Home On September 13

The Alberta Junior Hockey League has released the schedule for the 2024-2025 season.

The regular season begins for the Olds Grizzlys with a pair of games against their South Division rivals from Drumheller.

The Black & Gold will host the Dragons at the Olds SportsComplex for the home and season opener on September 13th before traveling to Drumheller for a rematch the next night on September 14th.

According to the league, “The AJHL regular season will feature a 54-game schedule for each team, including four games versus each member of the opposite division and six games against teams within the division, as well as two games at the AJHL Showcase.”

The regular season wraps up for Olds with a home game against the Canmore Eagles on March 14th followed by a road game in Calgary versus the Canucks on March 15th.

The Grizzlys will play a total of six exhibition games beginning with a home game on August 28th. Their opponent for that one will be the newest team in the AJHL, the Devon Xtreme.

The AJHL Showcase will run from September 25th through the 27th and the full schedule for it, along with the host location will be part of an upcoming announcement from the AJHL.
