Olds Municipal Library presenting Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival on January 23

There is still time to get tickets to take a trip around the world without leaving the Town of Olds.

Olds Library Manager Leslie Moody notes the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour is coming to the Community Learning Campus at the Fine Arts & Multi-media Centre. Moody says “so our film festival is happening on January 23rd (at 6:30pm). Tickets are available on our website. It is about two hours. It is a great evening. The films are all kind of outdoor focused, and sport focused, and nature focused. So if you are into that type of thing, this would be a great option for you.”

Moody adds, this is their annual showing of the films that were at the Banff Festival in November. Tickets cost $25 each. She says “there are some tickets available. They are definitely going fast, so if you want some get them soon. Go to our website, which is oldslibrary.ca, and click on events to see what we have available.”
