Right time, right place, right location: Agri-Trade in Red Deer from November 5-7

Agri-Trade brings innovation, new technology and equipment, expertise, plus networking opportunities to Westerner Park this week.

Krissy Fiddler, Show Manager, says the three-day event is one of the biggest crop production and ag-equipment shows in North America. Fiddler says “yeah, so this will be our 17th anniversary for our Ag-Innovations competition. We’ve narrowed it down to the top five finalists and they compete head-to-head for $25,000 on stage and that is for anybody to come watch, and vote for their favourite. That is happening on November 6th at 3pm on the Centrium stage.”

She highlights the fact that they have sold out for exhibitors and they will have attendees coming to Red Deer from all over the world. She says “Germany, Mexico, Ireland, Italy, Mongolia. Just to name a few. So this is your place to learn about agriculture. Learn about the technology and how fast of a growing industry it is. We always have something for everyone. We also have another area that you can do your Christmas shopping as well.”

It runs from November 5th to the 7th and Fiddler encourages everyone to get tickets ahead of time online at agri-trade.com.
