Unofficial Town of Didsbury results for 2025 Municipal General Election

Three candidates were vying for the Mayor’s chair in the Town of Didsbury.

Unofficially, Chris Little is the Mayor-elect. Little received over 400 votes more than the nearest competitor. Little wound up with 783 votes, Melynda Crampton was second with 380, and Sheila Schulz was third with 103.

There were 12 candidates running for the six Didsbury council seats. Unofficially, the six who have been elected to Didsbury council are incumbent Curt Engel with 803 votes, along with Irwin Mahon (725), Bob Murray (624), Troy Lambert (618), Will Stevens (563), and Norm L Quantz (553).

Others who wound up just shy of the top six included Fred Van Vliet (534), Rhonda Hunter (520), Maia Foster (518), John Baswick (337), Bob Davidson (278), and Kurt VanDyck (232).

Results from the 2025 Municipal General Election will become official at noon on Friday October 24th. The Town of Didsbury council will hold an organizational meeting on October 28th at 6pm.
