Jamie Laboucane closes in on Chanse Vigen’s aggregate lead on Night 3 in Calgary

As heard on 96.5 The Ranch, Jamie Laboucane from St. Walburg, Saskatchewan finished with the fastest time last night.

His Panorama Advisory Group outfit circled the track on Sunday in 1:13.79, which was just over half a second faster than Chanse Vigen from Calgary. Vigen and his VisitLethbridge.com wagon came in second spot with a 1:14.23.

After three days of racing, Vigen is sitting top of the aggregate standings for the 2025 Rangeland Derby with a total running time of 3:38.79. Laboucane just behind him at 3:39.02 and the Rae Croteau Jr from Rapid View, Saskatchewan and his Bar L5 Ranches outfit sits third at 3:42.63. Kris Molle from Chauvin rounds out the top four in fourth with his Graf Mechanical Ltd. wagon at 3:43.31.

Day four of racing kicks off at 7:30 tonight and live coverage can be heard on 96.5 The Ranch. The Ranch is the radio broadcast home of the 2025 WPCA (Wold Professional Chuckwagon Association) Pro Tour.
