Big Wynn and We Are The Champions: Oldstoberfest 2025 artist announcement

The artists have been revealed who will be helping the crowds at the 2025 edition of Oldstoberfest rock ‘n’ roll the night away and kick up their heels to the country music.

Gillian Grant with C5 Rodeo made the announcement on Thursday, June 19th of who will be performing the country concert on Saturday, September 13th at Oldstoberfest. She says “very exciting, all the way from Texas, we have Wynn Williams with his Canadian debut here at Oldstoberfest. He is a former rodeo star and he has got that Zach Top, Garth Brooks, George Strait vibe. He is a gentleman and we are so excited to have him for his first appearance up here in Canada.”

The rock concert on Friday, September 12th will feature the ultimate Queen tribute band – Queen Flash. Grant says “we are going to be bringing in the tunes of Freddie Mercury to rock the stage with our rock night. We are very excited to have them join us.”

According to Grant, Oldstoberfest is one of the largest events in Mountain View County. She says “we bring a lot of tourists and business into the community for our local business, who a lot of them are our partners and help us out. We are here to engage the community bring everyone together and just kind of uplift everyone with a really great time. So there are really cool relationships and memories I know that our committee has. It is a really great group of folks. We really appreciate them and it is a lot of work but there are a lot of rewards and you are doing something really cool to contribute to your community.” Grant says Oldstoberfest is always looking for volunteers as well.
