Bundle up: Coats For Everyone program up and running for another year

The Community Lending Shelf has a pop up teen shopping event on Thursday, October 15th.

Director Lucinda Watkins notes that fall is a good time for it as their Coats For Everyone program is up and running too. Watkins says “the coats are out pretty much full time – Monday, Wednesday and Friday when we are open – and special events, like this Thursday so the teenagers will be able to pick out their own coats, which hopefully that means they will be wearing them, and we are definitely in need of men’s coats are what we are kind of short on.”

She points out that all of the items at the Community Lending Shelf are always free. Join them from 4 until 6pm on October 15th for the shopping event for teenagers at their location at 4829 50th Street in Olds. Find out more on their Facebook page.
