Elections Alberta cautions voters about online misinformation

Elections Alberta is warning voters about false information circulating on social media about advance voting requirements for the provincial referendum.

Elections Alberta is urging Albertans to report disinformation to social media platforms and the agency. It also recommends consulting official Elections Alberta resources to confirm voting requirements and avoid sharing unverified claims about the referendum.
