Time running out to energize local organizations with MVP Community Grant funding

Local organizations have until 2pm on Wednesday, November 5th to apply for the Fall 2025 intake of the Mountain View Power Community Grant Program.

It provides financial assistance and is geared towards not-for-profit and non-profit organizations that impact a broad section of the community.

Mountain View Power supplies natural gas and electricity to homes and businesses in Olds at a competitive rate and reinvests profits back into the community.

Since its launch in 2023, the MVP Community Grant Program has invested more than $290,000 back into the community. More than 20 local initiatives have been supported including the Mountain View Food Bank, the Mountain View Emergency Shelter, BGC Olds, and the Olds Curling Club.
