The Olds Aquatic Centre will be temporarily closed for its annual maintenance shut down from September 2nd until the 22nd.
Michelle Shumard, Aquatic Supervisor at the Olds Aquatic Centre, says they will be sprucing things up with new south-facing windows on the deck, semi-annual slide maintenance, filter cleaning, and a full facility deep clean.
Meanwhile, Shumard says their fall lesson and program registration opened on Monday, August 12th. She notes that they are thrilled to announce two fantastic new additions. Shumard says “dive into our new adult swim lessons with options for both beginners, and those looking to improve their strokes. We’re also introducing the swimabilities program, a special learn to swim program designed for children with special needs.”
