12th Annual Interact Banquet At Ecole Olds High School On May 1

The Ecole Olds High School Interact Club is holding its 12th annual fundraiser banquet next month.
It is slated for May 1st from 5:30pm until 8 o’clock in the commons at the high school.
Sam Schmitt with the Club says this year all of the proceeds will be going to the Mountain View Food Bank. Schmitt says they always like to support a local charity so their donors can see where their money is going to, and so they decided the food bank would be a great organization to help out because lots of different people rely on it.
She adds, the EOHS Interact Club is basically just the youth version of the Rotary Club with kids who want to give back to their community on their own time.
Tickets to their annual banquet are $20 dollars each and they can be purchased in advance at the high school office. The office can be reached at 403-556-3391.
