Jason Glass took home a mega cheque on Heritage Day Monday, after taking his outfit around the Strathmore Stampede track in a blistering time of 1:13.94 in the Dash For Cash.
This is now the 3rd Strathmore Stampede title for Glass, defending champion Chanse Vigen placed second with a time of 1:14.85 while Evan Salmond came in third with a 1:14.93.
The Dash for Cash prize this weekend was a cool $30,000.
The World Professional Chuckwagon Association has just 2 events standing on it’s 2025 schedule, including the Battle of the North in Dawson Creek this weekend.
The WPCA World Finals will be held in Rocky Mountain House, the Battle of the Rockies will be August 13th through 17th.
Glass now leads in the world points standings with 992, Vigen is second with 970.5, third is Salmond with 968.5, Obrey Motowylo is fourth with 953.5 and Chad Fike is fifth with 944 points.
