The nomination period for the Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills By-Election came to an end on June 5th, and voters will choose from four candidates.
Republican Party Candidate Cam Davies was the first to get his name on the ballot on May 28th, followed by UCP Candidate Tara Sawyer who was officially nominated on June 2nd, the New Democrat’s Bev Toews on June 3rd, and the Wildrose Loyalty Coalition’s Bill Tufts on the 5th.
The vote is set for June 23rd. Advanced polling will be made available in Olds, Carstairs, Three Hills, and Standard, during a five day period (Tuesday to Saturday) before the election.
The returning office for Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills is in the Old Three Hills Provincial Building, and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on voting days.

This by-election is one of three running across the province, with another in Edmonton-Ellerslie and the third in Edmonton-Strathcona.
