Dash To Summer In Vegreville Kicks Off 2024 APCCA Season

The Alberta Professional Chuckwagon and Chariot Association season begins this week.

The first event is the Vegreville Dash to Summer.

APCCA racing features the chariots at 6pm and the chuckwagons at 7:30 at the Vegreville Ag Society grounds on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st.

The Dash to Summer wraps up on Sunday, June 2nd with the chariots at 1pm and the wagons at 2:30.

You can listen to this weekend’s races on our sister station Country 106 in Vegreville by going online to myvegrevillenow.com.

The 2024 season for the Alberta Professional Chuckwagon and Chariot Association will include a total of 14 events.

Tour stops in this region will include Rocky Mountain House from June 6 through the 9th, Red Deer from July 17 to the 21st, and Sundre from August 23rd through the 25th.
