RCMP looking for suspect following residential break and enter in Three Hills

Three Hills RCMP are searching for a suspect following a residential break and enter.

It happened on August 8th between 4:30 in the afternoon and 6:20pm. According to police, assorted items were stolen from inside of the residence.

Three Hills RCMP say the suspect had spoken with the homeowner and offered to repair his trailer for a fee of $300 while attending the residence prior to the break and enter. Mounties note the offence was committed when the suspect returned later while the homeowner was away.

The suspect is being described as about 50 years old, with short white hair. He was driving a new model Ford F150 and wearing a grey sweater, red shirt and blue jeans.

RCMP believe the suspect “attended other residences in Three Hills and spoke with homeowners/tenants.” Anyone with information regarding the suspect or this investigation is asked to contact the Three Hills RCMP Detachment or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
