Central Alberta municipalities seeking input from local businesses on impact of potential tariffs

A survey is available to understand how potential United States and Chinese tariffs may affect local businesses.

The 8 to 10 minute survey was launched by the Central Alberta Economic Resilience Taskforce (CAERT) in order to “shape regional policy recommendations and advocate for stronger economic supports and trade conditions” on behalf of local businesses.

The taskforce is a coalition of eleven Central Alberta municipalities which includes places such as Clearwater and Kneehill counties, the cities of Red Deer and Airdrie, along with the towns of Didsbury, Innisfail, and Sundre.

Here is the link for the survey and the deadline to fill it out is 4pm on August 29th.
