Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills by-election one of three set for June by Alberta’s Premier

The dates for three upcoming by-elections in Alberta have been added to next month’s calendar by Premier Danielle Smith.

Voters in Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills as well as Edmonton-Ellerslie and Edmonton-Strathcona head to the polls in June.

June 23 will be the date for all three of them. Information about voter eligibility can be found on the website elections.ab.ca and voting locations – once they are confirmed – will be posted there as well.

The Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills vacancy was created this month when Nathan Cooper resigned after a decade as the Member of Parliament for this riding to accept a new job as Alberta’s senior representative to the United States.
