Sundre Soccer Club Fielding Two Competitive Teams For 2024 Season

Things are shaping up great for Sundre soccer this spring.
Janelle Mikal, President of the Board of Directors of the Sundre Soccer Club, says they have put together 11 teams for this season including two competitive teams – one U11 team, and one U13 team. She says “So last year we got the association running again, after a bit of a hiatus and we had our rec soccer program running. Now this year we have stepped under Big Country Soccer Association, we joined that league and that includes a travel competitive league for our U13 and up. This year we were able to put together one U13 team and one U11 team who will be traveling and competing in games within the league, so we are so excited to have that opportunity here in Sundre.”
She says right now they are sitting at more than 120 players who have registered with their program for this season and they are actually full for volunteer coaches.
