NRCB To Help Farmers Apply for Manure Permits, Without the Stink

The Natural Resources Conservation Board has launched a new interactive online application system for permits under the Agricultural Operation Practices Act.

This system allows producers to easily apply for permits related to the construction or modification of confined feeding operations, manure storage facilities, or manure collection areas.

The online system is just one option for submitting applications.

Producers can still choose to apply via email, mail, or by dropping off your application at an NRCB office.

NRCB says that approval officers are available to answer any questions you may have.

To begin the application process, visit Applications/NRCB.ca.

For more information, you can contact an approval officer at your nearest regional office.
