On Monday night around 11PM, Wetaskiwin RCMP were dispatched to an armed robbery in the Town of Millet.

Three friends were leaving the pickleball court when one noticed someone in his truck.

The victim asked what the person was doing and tried to stop this person from stealing his truck.

The suspect pulled a knife and two others jumped out of a near by truck.

Two suspects were holding knives and were threatening the victims.

One of the suspects lifted his coat and displayed that he had a gun.

The suspects then quickly fled with the truck, reported as a white 2000 Dodge Ram with silver rims.

The suspects are described as males in their early 20’s, wearing all dark clothing.

One had dark hair and was wearing a “shaggy” coat, the second male was wearing baggy denim jeans and a long trench coat that went past his waist and the third male was described as having medium length dark hair and had a knife in his hand.

Wetaskiwin RCMP is seeking assistance from the public to help identify the suspects responsible.
