Purchasing hot or iced coffee this week helps kids experience Tims Camps

The big fundraiser for the year for the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is coming up this week.

Quinn Jacobs, Franchisee with the Tim Hortons in Olds and area, notes that one-hundred percent of all hot brewed coffee and iced coffee sales on Wednesday, July 16th will help to support the upkeep and program creation at their camps. He says “absolutely it helps out local kids who get to go to camp. They’re starting out an in-classroom program that they are testing in parts of the country and hoping to roll it out across the country next year and (we’re) going to be able to help out even more kids.”

Jacobs points out that you can donate by rounding up the total of your order. He says “we’ve got a Camp Day donut – again, we donate one-hundred percent of those proceeds. You can, as usual, buy the bracelets. Just any donation, any little bit helps and we’re just so grateful.”
