The Canadian Badlands Passion Play is coming up this summer.
Kaley Vandenberg with Greenwood Neighbourhood Place in Sundre says it is an epic story of faith, hope, and love. It will be performed on Canada’s largest outdoor stage in Drumheller on July 6th. She says spots to take the trip to Drumheller for it are filling up fast, so register here soon.
According to Vandenberg, Seniors’ Week is also just around the corner at GNP. She says “we have a free luncheon planned for June 5th with live entertainment at the Sundre Legion. This event is free but people need to register because the space is limited.” Seniors’ Week this year will run from June 2-8.
Greenwood Neighbourhood Place in Sundre will continue its lunch and lean series next month. The second one in the series is set for 11am on June 16th at the Sundre West Country Centre and Kaley Vandenberg with GNP shares more about it. She says “we’ll be dealing with scams presented by representatives of the Calgary Police Service. Scams are becoming, unfortunately, more sophisticated and frequent and we want our seniors to have the information necessary to combat them.”
