Exhibition play ahead of 2024-2025 AJHL regular season concludes for Olds with a loss to Canmore

The Alberta Junior Hockey League preseason finished up for the Olds Grizzlys with a 5-1 loss to the Canmore Eagles at the SportsComplex on Saturday night (September 7th).

Forward Quinn Metzger (2006) from Lone Tree, Colorado had the lone goal of the game for Olds. He finished the preseason with 2 goals and 1 assist in 5 games.

The Grizzlys went 3 and 3 during exhibition play, while Canmore was 2-0.

The Black & Gold start playing the games that count for real on Friday, September 13th when the Drumheller Dragons come to town at 7pm to begin the 2024-2025 AJHL regular season.
