Olds Grizzlys Slated To Play Opening Game Of 2024-2025 AJHL Showcase In Calgary

The Alberta Junior Hockey League is going back to Calgary for its annual Showcase event.

The 2024-2025 season will include a trip to the Max Bell Centre for all of the league’s member teams for the second consecutive year.

The AJHL Showcase – presented by Nutrien – draws in coaches and scouts from a variety of pro and amatuer levels including the National Hockey League, the NCAA, as well as Canadian colleges and universities.

Each of the AJHL’s 12 member teams will play twice in Calgary during its 18th annual Showcase between September 25th and 27th.

The Olds Grizzlys will play the opening game of the Showcase as the home team when they face off with the Devon Xtreme at 11am at the Max Bell Centre on Wednesday, September 25th.

The next day (September 26th), Olds will be the road team for a clash with the Bonnyville Pontiacs in Calgary at 1:45pm.
