Back-to-back titles for Bauer at Didsbury Farm and Ranch Bonspiel

A week of fun and fellowship with local businesses and the agriculture community wrapped up with the event finals on Friday at the Didsbury Curling Club.

The 30th annual Didsbury Farm and Ranch Bonspiel saw Jeff Bauer and Diversco Supply defeat Robert Waiting to earn the A-event title. It is the second year in a row that Bauer has won the bonspiel. In 2025, he was partnered up with AltaGas.

The B-event winner was Larry Hildebrandt and West Country Dairy Supplies.

Rick Phillips and Hildebrand Motors won the C-event, and Darcy Grudeski and Olds Fertilizer & Agri Services came out on top in the D-event.

A fan of all seasons, Galen has been News Director & the voice of the Alberta Junior Hockey League's Olds Grizzlys on 96.5 CKFM/ROCK 104.5 for two decades and in 2024 he was excited to have the opportunity to join the team at Vista Radio and My Mountain View Now.
