Seven decades of serving the community of Olds is being showcased in a special exhibit at the Mountain View Museum.
To mark the 70th anniversary of the Kiwanis Club of Olds, Chantal Marchildon – Manager and Program Coordinator at the Museum – notes that they are very proud to feature a display with some of the things Olds Kiwanis has loaned them. She says the items “tell the story of seventy years of service in the community of Olds. So come in and see photos, display items, artifacts, and all kinds of really nice stuff that we have up to celebrate their anniversary.”
The Olds Kiwanis exhibit opened on Wednesday, May 14th and it is being shown in the main gallery of the museum. Check it out anytime between now and mid-June.
The Mountain View Museum and Archives is located on 50th Street in Olds and she says it is open Wednesdays to Fridays from 11am until 5pm, plus on Saturdays from 11 o’clock until 4.
