This week, Olds College of Agriculture & Technology revealed that Dr. Debbie Thompson has been appointed to those roles.
Dr. Thompson has spent the past 8 months serving as interim president and her background with Olds College goes back more than a decade with previous experience on her resume there as Dean of Animal Sciences and Horticulture, Vice President of Academic, V.P. of Student and Support Services, and more. Her resume also includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership through National University, a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary, and a Master’s degree from Royal Roads University.
